Each restaurant or chef chooses the perfect way to communicate to customers in order to offer something unique and special.

We asked ourselves many times about our culinary style and we decided to offer the Reserve customers what distinguishes us most: our tradition.

Osteria Bisiaca is part of a territorial and preservation project of our dishes. The ones our grandmothers or grandfathers used to cook for us.

The dishes we include in the menu are part of Bisiacaria and our culture. From fried frogs to tagliolini alla busara. From wild boar ragù to spaghetti with peverasse.

The menus you will find in the Reserve will be based on local raw ingredients, on traditional dishes, with the aim to offer our customers a typical Bisiaca culinary experience.
